In this role you will be responsible for performing system oversight of current ADP Human Capital Management (HCM) enterprise products (HR Core, Talent Management, Benefits Management, Business Intelligence, System Security) for the Production and Test environments.**A successful HRIS Data & Projects Analyst will**:- Update HCM (ADP) with colleague changes throughout the colleague life cycle.- Audit payroll changes and perform data audits within ADP.- Process leave of absence payments in Kronos.- Approve colleague workflow requests.- Make changes to system administration including security and business process configurations.- Run and edit custom reporting/analytics and dashboards to align with HR strategy.- Support global reporting, audits, and data efficiency initiatives.- Provide day-to-day end-user support (primarily to the HR function), including trouble-shooting and resolution of all requests and issues.- Research, recommend, and implement opportunities for continuous improvement to maximize process and system efficiencies.- Responsible for effective communication through regular updates, user documentation and ongoing materials.**A successful HRIS Data & Projects Analyst will have**:- 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information systems, or related degree preferred or equivalent work experience and/or technical training- 2+ years HCM experience, ADP preferred- Experience working with HRIS products/platform- Strong communicator, able to articulate topics both verbally and in writing to various audiences- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills- Proficiency in Excel- Positive attitude and team-oriented- High level of attention to detail and organization- Proficiency in Spanish preferred**About Apple Leisure Group**As North America’s only vertically integrated travel, hospitality and leisure management group, Apple Leisure Group is an industry innovator that combines the expertise of 14 leading brands.
