Financial analysis and reporting to investors and debt holders:Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making, identify trends, risks and opportunitiesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for investors and debt holders, monitor covenants and portfolio collateral levelsDevelop and maintain relationships with investors and debt holders2. Executing due diligence for fundraising and funding activities:Preparing due diligence reports and company analyses for potential investors and fundersSupport the fundraising process, including reviewing terms and agreements, and coordinating with legal teams to close transactionsConduct research on potential funding sources and investors**3.
