It operates in three segments: Electrical, Power, and Industrial Technology.**Toluca**:**Gerente de Nuevos Proyectos**:**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Manejo de proyectos con contratistas, firmas de ingeniería, Integradores y usuarios finales en el sector eléctrico.- Busquedade nuevos mercados.- Gerenciamiento del Pipeline de proyectos en Salesforce.- Entendimiento de las tendencias en los mercados verticales para detectar proyectos- Visitas a Clientes con el fin de proporcionar el soporte técnico para el cierre de la venta**Skills and Experience**:- Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial, Eléctrica o afín.- Ingles nível avanzado, habilidades digitales.- Habilidades gerenciales y de liderazgo para el manejo de personal (coordinadores de ventas, especialistas de producto y vendedores).- Manejo de presión, buen manejo de la inteligencia emocional, habilidades de ejecución para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas.- Habilidades no cognitivas - Perseverancia, curiosidad, optimismo, autocontrol, autoconfianza.
