Our client is a technology company building an AI‑powered audio platform designed to help individuals and teams capture, transcribe, and summarize spoken content effortlessly. Their product enables users to record meetings, calls, and conversations while automatically generating searchable transcripts and summaries, allowing people to stay focused without manual note‑taking. By combining audio recording, transcription, and organization into a single seamless experience, they help professionals improve productivity and retain critical information across devices. Location Fully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST Role Overview The Head of Marketing will lead and scale paid acquisition efforts for app‑based products, owning paid growth strategy end‑to‑end. This is a highly execution‑focused role responsible for managing paid campaigns, guiding creative production, overseeing affiliate channels, and ensuring marketing initiatives directly drive installs, engagement, and revenue. Key Responsibilities Paid Acquisition & Campaign Management Own and manage paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, and Apple Search Ads Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns focused on app installs, in‑app actions, and revenue growth Monitor performance daily and adjust budgets, targeting, and bids to achieve KPIs Creative & Team Management Manage and collaborate with the design team responsible for ad creatives Provide clear creative direction, testing frameworks, and performance‑driven feedback Ensure creatives align with performance goals, brand standards, and platform best practices Affiliate & Channel Expansion Manage and grow affiliate marketing channels Evaluate affiliate performance and optimize partnerships for ROI and scalability Ensure accurate attribution, tracking, and reporting across channels Reporting & Optimization Track and report on key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPI, and conversion rates Use performance data to inform strategy, creative testing, and channel allocation Continuously improve marketing efficiency through experimentation and iteration Qualifications Experience 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing Proven experience managing Meta App and Web campaigns, Google App Campaigns, and Apple Search Ads Experience marketing mobile apps, with consumer or subscription‑based products preferred Strong experience managing paid ad budgets and scaling campaigns Experience leading or managing creative or design teams Skills Ability to execute rigorous creative testing and optimization frameworks Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on reporting experience Familiarity with attribution tools and mobile analytics platforms Ability to make confident, data‑driven decisions in performance‑focused environments What Success Looks Like Scalable and profitable paid campaigns driving consistent app growth Strong collaboration between marketing and design teams producing high‑performing creatives Clear visibility into performance metrics supporting confident decision‑making Efficient growth across multiple paid acquisition channels Opportunity This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of paid growth for app‑based products in a performance‑driven environment.
