We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing function—from brand to demand gen, content to culture. What You’ll Do Own the Marketing Strategy: Define and execute a full-funnel plan that supports growth, lead generation, brand equity, and team culture. Shape the Brand Voice: Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all external and internal channels. Lead Content & Social Media: Oversee blogs, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X. Drive content calendars, repurposing, and performance optimization. Drive Internal Comms & Culture: Build communications that bring our values to life—internal newsletters, leadership messaging, company-wide updates. Manage CMS & Blog: Own content pipeline via Strapi (or similar), ensuring consistency, quality, and SEO alignment. Build & Lead the Team: Hire, mentor, and manage a small but mighty marketing team across regions and time zones. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, Recruiting, AMs, and Ops to support key initiatives: lead gen, employer branding, case studies, etc. Measure What Matters: Track KPIs, campaign performance, and pipeline influence—iterate and improve continuously. Own Video Content Strategy: Lead short-form and long-form video initiatives for brand, internal comms, and social platforms.
