We're also part of the Visa Fintech Fast Track program among an elite group of fintechs. This position is 100% remote, based in Mexico, and will report to the CRO. As the Head of Marketing you will. Develop and own Tribal's global marketing strategy while launching and executing various marketing campaigns, in partnership with the Sales, Customer Success and Product teams. Partner with the product team to develop product marketing strategies that continually deliver business value for our customers. Create campaigns that align with our OKRs and drive outcomes that inform on the ROI of each respective campaign. Recruit and lead a team of marketing professionals to consistently deliver measurable, successful marketing campaigns. Manage all out-of-home, SEO, content marketing, digital advertising, paid media, trade show, and brand marketing efforts. Manage day-to-day operations, goal setting, career development, performance management, and growth of team members – all while consistently evaluating new ways to increase efficiency and grow the team. Partner with the Communications team on customer-facing communication initiatives. Partner with relevant teams across the organization efforts to enhance the customer experience and improve retention. Management of external vendors and agencies. Who You Are 7+ years experience in marketing for innovative disruptive companies; fintech and payments experience in a startup environment strongly preferred. 3+ years of experience in a senior-level position managing diverse marketing teams with a proven track record of success. A customer centric brand-builder and creative storyteller. Experience working directly with product, design, sales, operations, and success teams to align and deliver on marketing initiatives. Extensive experience working in CRM and marketing automation platforms as well as traditional media channels. Strong ability to communicate marketing messaging and strategy across the entire organization. Fluent in Spanish and English. Agile, flexible, responsive, and growth-oriented approach to work.
