Estamos en búsqueda de un **Account Executive** para liderar el ciclo completo de ventas de soluciones B2B. Si eres una persona con mentalidad consultiva, capacidad de generar relaciones de largo plazo y experiência en cierres estratégicos, esta posición es para ti.**Ubicación**: Ciudad de Mexico Darwin, Anzures**Responsabilidades**:Gestionar el ciclo de ventas completo (45-60 días): prospección, demos, negociación y seguimiento post-venta.Administrar leads inbound y outbound.Concretar oportunidades con tickets entre $200k-$300k MXN (mínimo $30k).Preparar propuestas comerciales y gestionar cuentas de alto valor.Utilizar CRM para seguimiento y reporting de pipeline.Colaborar con dirección y equipo para maximizar cierres.**Requisitos**:3+ años de experiência en ventas B2B con manejo del ciclo completo.Experiência en ventas consultivas y uso de CRM.Inglés intermedio.Perfil proactivo, con fuerte habilidad de negociación y construcción de relaciones sólidas.Deseable: experiência en fintech, financieras, fiscales o SaaS.
