**Requirements**:**Minimum Qualifications**- High School Diploma- **Able to speak English in order to conduct interviews for medical positions**:- Three (3) years of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting**Other Required Qualifications**- Thorough knowledge of recruiting components including, but not limited to, employment policies and practices, legal constraints, sourcing, qualifying and interviewing techniques.- Demonstrable experience recruiting for a broad range of positions.- Proficient in sourcing techniques and experience using job boards such as Indeed, Facebook and ZipRecruiter- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all partners including senior leadership.- Demonstrable ability to multitask and be adaptable to change.- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.- Tried experience in taking initiative and making sound decisions.**Preferred Qualifications**- History of meeting or exceeding goals and deadlines- Attributes such as consistency, reliability, proactiveness, self-awareness, problem solver, team player, self-motivated, persistent, tenacious, patient and able to work independently.**Benefits**- IMSS 100%- Vacations (after the first year)- Christmas bonus- Paid Training- Weekends off- Mexican Holidays offYou will also be eligible for any additional employee benefits that the company may provide in the future.
