Personal Loan Sales Associate

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Personal Loan Sales Associate to join our financial team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our loan products to potential clients. Your primary goal will be to help clients secure financing that meets their needs while delivering exceptional customer service.**Responsibilities**:- ** Outbound Sales**: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in our financial services or who have received our direct mail offers.- ** Inbound Sales**: Handle inbound calls from potential clients responding to our marketing campaigns.- ** Client Engagement**: Build rapport with clients, understand their financial needs, and provide suitable loan options.- ** Data Verification**: Confirm client details accurately and update our CRM system.- ** Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and close sales.- ** Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.**Requirements**:- Minimum 6 months of experience in Debt Settlement- Excellent Reading Skills- Proficient in Reading Credit Reports**We offer**:- SIGN-ON BONUS- Competitive Salary and Commission**Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm**Weekends**: Enjoy your weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)**Work environment**:Join our team and thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment that fosters growth and learning.**Place**:Onsite Positions Only (No WFJ) - Located in TIJUANA CENTRO (Edificio Galeana)The address is Calle Hermenegildo Galeana 8133-4to Piso, Zona Centro, 22000 Tijuana, B.C.**About LeadAdvisors**:
