About us Our Proposal We're looking for a Technical Lead, who can do a good balance between some project management and hard technical skills. The person should be able to identify whether to put a stop during a meeting or continue presenting a point, motivate its team, and have solid knowledge and skills of architecture and development within but not limited to the Microsoft environment. Responsibilities Oversees all project operations from inception to execution. Responsible for maintaining budgets, enforcing deadlines and supervising team members. Highly organized and can multitask. Creates project plans with relevant team members. Supervises team members and ensure that deadlines are followed. Prepare progress reports for senior management. Identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials. Oversee the implementation of project improvements. Be prepared to get hands‑on coding. Qualifications A degree in engineering, computer science or a related field. 7 years minimum of experience in IT, project management or a related field. Have worked on data migration projects with experience in data migration / extraction strategies. Excellent leadership abilities. Excellent computer literacy skills.
