We enable our customers to build intuitive and engaging stores to support every stage of their growth.The Go-to-Market Technology Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and implementation of marketing & sales technologies. This role focuses on ensuring that systems are running efficiently and that platforms are effectively supporting the broader go-to-market strategy. You will work closely with the Revenue Operations team to improve workflows, automate processes, and provide technical support to the sales and marketing teams.**What You'll Do**:- Focus on the Martech Stack (Marketo, Drift, Bynder, Sprout Social, SplashThat)- Assist in the selection, implementation, and optimization of our GTM technologies, ensuring they align with business needs.- Monitor day-to-day performance of platforms ensuring smooth operations and mínimal downtime.- Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams, troubleshooting platform issues and resolving them promptly.- Assist in the ongoing maintenance and updates of GTM tools.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with sales and marketing platforms, escalating when necessary.- Assist in ensuring that platforms are aligned with company policies and data compliance regulations.- Track system performance and generate reports to highlight key operational metrics..- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and that all systems align with company policies.- Collaborate with team members to identify ways to improve workflow automation and tool usage.- Work on the integration of new tools into the existing technology stack, ensuring smooth transitions.- Train team members on new technologies and updates to ensure proper adoption.- Streamline and automate operational processes across the GTM tech stack, enhancing overall productivity, with a focus on Martech- Create scalable processes and workflows that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and marketing operations.- Track and report on the performance of technology systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring alignment with key business metrics.- Establish and enforce best practices for technology use, data management, and process optimization.- Collaborate with the operations manager to identify areas for process improvement and automation.**Who You Are**:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred, but not required.- 3-5 years of experience working with marketing technologies.- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and other operational tools.- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to implement technology solutions.- Familiarity with data compliance requirements such as GDPR and CCPA.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience supporting cross-functional teams.- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Marketo Experience Preferred.- This description is intended to serve as a summary of key duties and responsibilities and may not contain a comprehensive list of activities _.LI-REMOTELI-GL1**Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at BigCommerce**Our employees make the difference.
