Service DeliveryImpacto en el negocio (Completar 3-4 áreas)- Brindar un servicio de calidad al alcanzar las métricas de calidad y desempeño mes con mes.- Asistir a otras áreas del banco (PCM, Operaciones, etc) toda vez que la información y/o proceso requerido no signifique una falta sobre la política de compartimiento de información.Clientes / Accionistas (Completar 3-4 áreas)- Ser profesional al brindar información clara, precisa y fidedigna al cliente durante la capacitación y soporte ya que de eso depende el que pueda o no realizar sus transacciones sin errores y/o pérdidas.- Dar seguimiento a los casos pendientes con verdadero sentido de urgencia tomando en cuenta la gravedad del caso.**Administración del Riesgo **_(Riesgo Operacional / Requerimientos del FIM)_- Mantener los estándares de control interno de HSBC, incluyendo la implementación en tiempo de los puntos auditables, tanto internos como externos, conjuntamente a cualquier artículo emitido por regulaciones externas.- Es responsabilidad del empleado la seguridad de la información, a través de la protección de datos, información física y electrónica, así como el compromiso de confidencialidad de la misma.**Observación de Controles Internos **_(Política de Compliance y Requerimientos del FIM)_- Cumplir con los altos níveles de integridad y ética profesional de acuerdo al cumplimiento del Código de Conducta, normas internas del Grupo, leyes laborables aplicables, leyes y códigos financieros.- Leer anualmente GSM y Código de conducta.- Cada gestor de negocio y funcional es responsable de la administración del riesgo operacional, incluyendo su identificación, evaluación, mitigación y control, así como de la identificación de pérdidas y generación de reportes de conformidad con el marco de gestión establecido en el FIM de Operaciones”.- Es responsabilidad de todos los empleados estar al corriente de los riesgos operacionales o potenciales riesgos en sus ramos. Si un empleado tiene conocimiento de un riesgo real o potencial deberá reportarlo a su superior inmediato asegurándose de que el Coordinador de Riesgo sea informado también. Esta responsabilidad se deberá reflejar en los manuales para el personal y en las evaluaciones de desempeño correspondientes.**Requirements**:**Calificaciones del Puesto**- Experiência en servicio al cliente- Lic.
