We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Processor Cash Payms and RecsIdentificar excepciones o diferencias operativo contables de diferentes procesos operativos, seguimiento de su corrección en tiempo y forma para evitar o mitigar riesgos a la Institución.- Preparar información para certificación de saldos contables de conformidad con los lineamientos establecidos por el área de Finanzas- Atender solicitudes de información de clientes o proveedores internos (Ejem. Áreas Operativas, Areas Globales) y externos (Ejem. Auditores).- Cumplir con garantías establecidas con clientes internos.- Participar en proyectos de nuevos procesos operativos para diseñar reconciliaciones.- Participar y apoyar en las actividades del área con la finalidad de cumplir objetivos y planes de mejora del área- Identificar y proponer iniciativas de mejora que se traduzcan en reducción de tiempos de la operación y/o en la calidad de los procesos.- Participar y apoyar en las actividades del área con la finalidad de cumplir objetivos y planes de mejora del área.- Recibir retroalimentación y seguimiento a los objetivos establecidos al personal del equipo.- Participar en los equipos de trabajo para la atención de proyectos cuidando el cumplimiento de las garantías operativas- Participar en los equipos de trabajo para implantar los cambios en normativas demás necesidades de la institución.**Requirements**:- The role requires a sound understanding of a value unit / product / region / legal entity, alongside a good understanding of the industry and the challenges and changes in the sector._- Management responsibilities for a sizeable team of professionals (including responsibility for budget, and planning)_- Covers a wide range of activities that require evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual and qualitative information in complicated perhaps novel situations_- Seeks ways of improving and adapting day to day departmental activities and will actively seek authority to implement them_- The role requires the ability to negotiate and influence within their team with a high level of influence._You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.**Issued By HSBC Electronic Data Processing (India) Private LTD
