We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Processor Cash Payms and Recs- Asegurar el cumplimiento correcto de la operación mediante establecimiento de controles, análisis de mejores prácticas para rediseñar procesos y capacitación a los integrantes del equipo.- Incoming: Proceso de devoluciones entrantes, consiste en cargar a los clientes o departamentos por la devolución de un cheque depositado. Se compara el nombre del beneficiario, cantidad e información general del mismo contra la información cargada en el sistema, en caso de no coincidir se canalizan al departamento adecuado. Es específicamente de rechazos/devoluciones.- Exceptions: Monitorear la información que llega al proceso de excepciones, cheques salientes que han sido rechazados/devueltos por diversas razones. Ya sea cuenta cerrada, cuentas inactivas, falta de balance, endoso, detener el cheque, etc.. Las decisiones vienen previamente proporcionadas por el sistema. Se requiere procesar todas las transacciones antes de cerrar el sistema al final del día.Requirements- **Escolaridad**Licenciatura en área Económico-Administrativo, Ingeniería Industrial o Informática (Titulado).- **Experiência**De preferencia 1 año de experiência a nível Asesor o a cargo de procesos administrativos, operativos o contables.- **Conocimientos**- Office- Microsoft Office (Medio/Avanzado deseable).- Idioma inglés (Avanzado).- Administración de Procesos y Operaciones.- Manejo de Personal.- Servicio al Cliente.- Administración de Proyectos.Para área Contable: Conocimiento contable indispensable.- Competencias- Pensamiento estratégico alineado con HSBC.- Pensamiento empresarial y de negocio.- Juicio y toma de decisiones.- Dirige la ejecución y el desempeño.- Inspira y desarrolla a los demás.- Liderazgo de emprendedor.- Influencia sobre los demás.- Dirige una organizaciónYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.“At HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member.
