**Description**:- Medical Doctors, Welcome.- **100% remote position/telecommuting (work from home, anywhere in the CENTRAL TIME ZONE)**:- **Includes aspects of our Medical Receptionist position - remote scheduling, appt reminder calls, etc.**:- **Please note this is a highly administrative position**:- Answer inbound calls/Make outbound calls to patients- Addressing and resolving patient concerns with skill and empathy- Managing patient labs to ensure patients are good to go for their procedures- Procedure follow-ups and hospitalization follow-ups- Constant communication with the Proceduralists and Nurse Practitioners- Participation in our rotating Clinical Hotline after-hours call center.**Requirements**:- **Must be in the US Central Time Zone**:- English and Spanish fluency- Must have A+ customer service-oriented attitude & charisma- Tech savviness, detail-oreinted, organized are a must- Experience with Google workspace (Google Sheets & Google Calendar especially)- Strong clinical background- Maturity, good judgment, and a proactive mind- Clear drug screening and background check- Spirit of continuous improvement -- strive to grow, improve, and learn... both professionally and personally, every single day.- All employees are expected to perform as an integral part of the team, and to provide supplemental support as requested, required, or assigned.**Benefits** (for full-time employees) include- **80 PTO**:- These kick in after 60 days of employment.**About PAD Specialists**:We are a rapidly growing chain of outpatient medical offices specializing in diagnosing and treating Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD).
