**Position Description**:- **100% Remote**:- **Pay is based on experience.**:- Internal title is Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)- The Patient Care Coordinator 2 (PCC2) is a fully remote role that is responsible for answering incoming calls, returning missed calls, calling patients to inform of referral, schedule and confirm appointments.- They are expected to promote excellent customer service over the phone while performing a variety of functions and assisting in any over-the-phone related duties.- Comprehensive training provided**Schedule**:- Monday - Friday with rotational Saturdays- 8 am - 5 pm CT**Benefits**:- 2 - Weeks Paid Time Off**Requirements**:- 1 year of relevant customer service/front office/call center experience required- **Must be in the US Central Time Zone**:- **English and Spanish fluency required**:- A+ customer service-oriented attitude, charisma, and excellent bedside manner.- Our top performers earn at the higher end of the pay scale- Tech savviness/Experience with an EMR system and Google Workspace- Excellent organization and time management skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Clear drug screening and background check- Maturity, good judgement, and a proactive mind, anticipate and preempt problems (rather than simply react to them)- Spirit of continuous improvement -- strive to grow, improve, and learn... both professionally and personally, every single day, and to help the company do the same- All employees are expected to perform as an integral part of the team, and to provide supplemental support as requested, required, or assigned.**About PAD Specialists**:We are a rapidly growing chain of outpatient medical offices specializing in diagnosing and treating Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD).
