**Job Description Summary**:**Roles and Responsibilities**:Influences LPBs and below on their decisions.Performs as part of the Shop leadership team representing information technology.Partners with the business to participate in lean/ process improvement initiatives & enable business transformation leveraging digital tools.Familiar with the digital product catalog and how it fits in with site operations.Works on machine instrumentation initiatives to enable enhanced business operations.Proactively monitors network performance (WAN / LAN / WLAN) and escalate issues.Initiates technology obsolescence and improvement projects.Applicable LPB2 level items.**Qualifications**:Expected minimum experience to demonstrate competency of 4 yearsFluent in EnglishFluent in Spanish**Desired Characteristics**:Change Agent - Proactively learns new tools and integrates new methods to drive improved outcomes.
