**Sr Analyst BI Data Analysis**We are looking for someone with knowledge with Data in Azure skills, effective communication, ability to understand data and with proven experience in data management to join our team in the IT&Digital HUB MX.**Position Snapshot**:- Type of Contract: Full time- Function and Stream: IT - EB- Type of work: Hybrid- Work Language: Fluent Business English**The role**:The Sr Analyst BI Data Analysis will be a partner with the stakeholders to collect, document, analyze business requirements and deliver them via Best-in-Class reporting solutions that meet or exceed end user expectations.**What you’ll do**:As a **Sr Analyst BI Data Analysis** you will:- Be a partner with the stakeholders to collect, document, analyze business requirements and build reporting solutions using appropriate technology (Azure Data Factory, Power BI, Tabular model, SQL etc)- Identify the data sources that that will support reporting requirements and managing integration workflows to source, transform and load data into consumable datasets for reporting and analysis- Develop well-organized, insightful reports, dashboards, and other forms of data visualizations to support strategic, tactical and operational business decisions, adhering to UX best practices, design library and standards guide- Implement data quality processes to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data sources and reports by leveraging automation and monitoring capabilities to proactively identify anomalies.
