We are seeking an **Financial Operations Intern** interested in **Finance**,** **SQL and Power BI** to support our finance team with operational and reporting tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with firm-wide data, pays close attention to detail, and is eager to learn more about financial processes, reporting, and data analytics.**_ About Us:_** The Launch Box, LLC is the engine of the fastest-growing and most successful new professional services firms. With an expert team and variable cost structure, we increase the probability of success while building valuable, sustainable, and marketable professional services firms.**What You Will Do**:**Financial Operations Support (70%)**- Assist in processing, validating, and organizing financial firm-wide data.- Support daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting needs.- Perform data entry and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial and performance records.- Collaborate with internal teams to track and maintain financial documentation.- Help streamline operational processes to improve efficiency.- Be in contact with our clients, helping with day-to-day needs and requests.**Financial Reporting & Analysis (30%)**- Assist in building interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.- Write basic SQL queries to extract financial data for analysis.- Support financial data analysis to identify trends and insights.- Learn best practices for financial reporting and business intelligence.**Your knowledge, skills, and abilities**:- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.- Interest or basic experience in **SQL, Power BI, or financial reporting tools**.- Strong **attention to detail** and ability to work with **large datasets**.- Comfortable with **repetitive operational tasks** and process management.- Eager to **learn about financial operations and reporting**.- Ability to work independently and collaborate with finance and operations teams.**What you'll gain**:- Exposure to **real-world finance processes and business intelligence tools**.- Hands-on experience with **financial operations and reporting**.- Mentorship and training from the best finance professionals.We value a diverse workforce and a culture of inclusivity and belonging.
