**Join Our Team as an Internal Sales Executive (ISE)**As an Internal Sales Executive (ISE), you will play a crucial role in managing a set of assigned core accounts while also developing new ones. Your primary focus will be on exceeding both individual and team gross profit (GP) goals.**Responsibilities**:- Manage assigned core accounts and develop new ones to exceed individual and team gross profit (GP) goals.- Qualify opportunities and ensure supplier selection and pricing.- Take ownership of meeting customer delivery commitments and providing an outstanding customer experience.- Independently set and negotiate product/service pricing and manage your territory.- Maintain and monitor metrics, collaborate with the team, and strive to achieve individual GP targets.**Requirements**:- Passionate and results-driven attitude.- Ability to work collaboratively, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial spirit.- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.- Strong knowledge of electronic components and global electronics manufacturing industry.- High school degree or equivalent.**Compensation Package**:- Competitive base salary- Performance-based commission tiersReady to advance your career?
