Supervisor de Customer ServiceUbicación: Torre MadolSueldo mensual bruto: $25,000 - $30,000 (según perfil)Horario: Tiempo completoDisponibilidad para viajarResponsabilidades principales- Liderar al equipo de atención a clientes, desarrollando capacidades individuales y colectivas- Gestionar el trabajo del equipo, enfocándose en la satisfacción del cliente y calidad del servicio- Asegurar alta eficiencia operativa, detectando y corrigiendo áreas de oportunidad- Coordinar con distintos departamentos para garantizar procesos internos fluidos- Entrenar, acompañar y dar seguimiento continuo al equipo- Generar, monitorear y reportar KPIs del área- Apoyar el desarrollo de proyectos e iniciativas estratégicas- Requisitos del perfil- Experiência mínima de 3 años en puesto similar (jefatura o liderazgo en atención al cliente)- Licenciatura en Administración o carrera afín- Experiência en uso de sistemas ERP- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de liderazgo- Estabilidad laboral comprobable en puestos similaresBuscamos a una persona con sólida experiência como jefe de atención a clientes, que combine liderazgo, visión de mejora continua y compromiso con el servicio al cliente.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesIdioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
