The Manufacturing Operations team is responsible for providing the manufacturing capability to deliver this physical infrastructure.You'll collaborate with the New Product Introduction (NPI) team, Design Engineers and Quality Engineers to drive continuous improvements to products and manufacturing processes. You will ensure the various pieces of Google’s infrastructure fit together perfectly and keep our systems humming along smoothly for a seamless user experience.**Responsibilities**:- Design, build, scale, and deploy ML (TPU/GPU) test platforms and processes for Google's global manufacturing partners, ensuring high repeatability and control for critical infrastructure.- Collaborate closely with New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to define comprehensive Design for Test (DFT) requirements and provide input to the overall manufacturing test roadmap.- Lead initiatives to continuously improve manufacturing test process efficiencies, enhance test coverage, and reduce overall cost for new and existing products.- Conduct thorough analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation of manufacturing yield issues and field escapes, implementing preventive measures to drive issues to closure.- Partner with internal and external engineering teams to proactively and reactively implement test changes that consistently improve product quality and reliability.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
