As a **Human Resources Information Systems Analyst**, you will Lead tactical & strategic support of HRIS operations for Kellogg.**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**- **Hands on experience doing system configurations**:- related to Employee Central, Learning management system, and role base permission.- ** Conduct thorough impact analysis** on other modules and system before implementing any change.- Responsible for maintaining configuration workbooks.- ** Understands critical SAP new functions** **and features** for enable process alignment.- ** Adhere to all HRIS process** governance & procedures that are developed**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Human Resources preferred and/or work experience accumulate.- 3-5+ years of work experience within HRIS systems like SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday etc.- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, testing and documentation skills.- Ability to research solutions and troubleshoot.- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time-management skills.- Good project management skills including planning, risk management, configuration skills, process mapping and prioritize tasks independently.**ABOUT KELLOGG COMPANY**Kellogg Company is a multibillion-dollar company with over 30 thousand employees all over the globe.
