As a Comp & Benefits Analyst experienced, you will be responsible to work under general guidelines, administer the company's compensation and benefit in accordance with established policies.**Key Responsibilities**- Develop and conduct analyses, interpret results and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective compensation and benefits programmes aligned with the organization's reward strategy.- Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets.- Recommends policies that will be beneficial for employee welfare such as accident and health insurance coverage, retirement and pension plans, income continuance, holidays and vacations.- May coach or instruct lower level colleagues.**Qualifications**- Proven work experience as a compensation and benefits specialist- 3 years of experience- Bachelor Degree- Practical knowledge in employment evaluation systems and employment analysis**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
