**Full Time Remote role based in Mexico****Microsoft Americas SMB Vendor Tele Program**We are seeking to grow our team with multiple additional Operations Specialists, who will integrate at multiple points with our service supporting Microsoft program leadership of the Americas SMB Vendor Tele group, taking ownership of a variety of operational and program coordination functions, and helping us build the most efficient and scalable operation in alignment with Microsoft’s growth strategy for the coming Fiscal Year. Keen attention to detail, strong organizational and coordination skills, and the ability to work with data to derive insight and drive process enhancement and change will be key.This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing team with a combined group of Inviso veterans as well as new team members, growing your skills and capabilities alongside this exciting new area of the business- 2+ years’ experience in some combination of operations, program management or project management- Background in sales support in an IT company highly desired- Customer / Client-facing experience- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with full fluency in English (as this role supports primarily the US, Canadian & LATAM business), specifically looking for C1 fluency or above- Strong attention to detail- Data analysis skills, particularly via Excel - basic Power BI capabilities are nice to have but not required- Self-direction and a focus on quality, with experience managing a broad portfolio of tasks and commitments- Experience working in the Microsoft ecosystem (as MS FTE, Vendor, or Partner, but familiarity with Microsoft’s corporate culture and field organizations is a strong differentiator)- Additional fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (of the multiple available positions, 1-2 need Portuguese capability).- Experience with SMB Telesales programs and the surrounding ecosystem- Familiarity with Microsoft’s Azure cloud services and offerings or with Microsoft’s Modern Workplace & Security offerings- Experience supporting corporate Partner entities is very helpful**About Inviso**: Inviso is a premier consulting firm that delivers business solutions through Solution Assessment, Asset Management, Office 365 and Azure (Cloud), Modern App Development and Business Intelligence, Staffing, and Marketing.
