Customer Service Representative Job DescriptionBooked by PSP is hiring Customer Service Representatives who are positive and have passion for what they do We are a US based international remote call center based on providing excellent customer service with a fun company culture and a flexibly working environment You will be tasked with taking inbound calls, answering customer questions and requests using different online tools. Your job is to answer and book calls, provide excellent customer experience and win the moment in every interaction We will provide ongoing training, coaching, and career development with a fast growing company with many opportunities for upward mobility. If you love providing an awesome customer experience and having fun while doing it, Booked by PSP could be your new career**Responsibilities**:- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.- Communicating with customers and clients through various channels.- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. **Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.**:- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer support.**Requirements**:- Upbeat, fun, positive, empathetic personality- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.- Reliable, on time, willingness to pick up extra shifts.- Quiet work space without distractions from children, neighbors, or animals.- Available to work full time as soon as possible.- Must work night and weekend shifts.- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.- Comfortable multi-tasking using several tools simultaneously, while maintaining a fun conversation with your customers.Technical QualificationsPC Minimum Requirements:CPU: Intel Core i3-4000 series or Higher RAM: 4GB or HigherOperating System: Windows 10 Home or ProMonitor Requirements:Dual monitors; At least 20”Internet Speed Required:At least 10 MbpsConnection Method:DialPad - web based telephonyPay: $5.00 - $6.50 per hourCOVID-19 considerations:You work from home.
