Líder de Digital Experience México | Modalidad: Híbrida En VASS Company México buscamos un/a Líder de Digital Experience que nos ayude a diseñar y liderar soluciones digitales de alto impacto, acompañando a nuestros clientes en sus procesos de transformación digital desde la estrategia hasta la ejecución. Tu reto en VASS Serás responsable de definir y liderar soluciones de Digital Experience (portales, eCommerce, apps y plataformas digitales), participando activamente en procesos de preventa , asegurando una correcta ejecución de los proyectos y aportando valor estratégico al negocio de nuestros clientes. ¿Qué harás? Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios (PMs, desarrolladores, arquitectos y consultores). Diseñar soluciones digitales end-to-end para portales, eCommerce y apps. Participar en procesos de preventa : levantamiento de requerimientos, workshops, demos y propuestas. Tomar decisiones técnicas y funcionales alineadas a los objetivos del cliente. Asegurar calidad, tiempos y alcance en la ejecución de proyectos. Proponer soluciones innovadoras dentro de iniciativas de transformación digital. Stack tecnológico Indispensable: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Liferay Adobe Commerce / Magento Magnolia Deseable: Salesforce Commerce Cloud Integraciones con ERP (SAP u otros) Experiencia en entornos de consultoría tecnológica Perfil que buscamos 6 años de experiencia en soluciones digitales. 4 años en roles de liderazgo técnico o funcional. Experiencia comprobable en diseño de soluciones y preventa. Capacidad para interactuar con perfiles técnicos y ejecutivos. Inglés intermedio-avanzado. ¿Qué ofrecemos?
