**Position Title**:HR Systems Integration Specialist**Category/Shift**:Salaried Full-Time**Physical Location**:Queretaro**The Job You Will Perform**:- Document the workflow required to meet deliverables and maintain integration requirements documentation.- Facilitate meetings with end users to understand business requirements and enhancement requests.- Collect, manage, and synthesize requirements from key stakeholders.- Provide work estimates to managers and project managers as requested based on requirements gathered.- Translate business requirements and use cases to develop and deliver functional/technical specifications, requirements documents, and detailed use cases for new/changed features or functionality.- Create/review test plans with the team and define the QA tasks for project plans, provide task time estimates, and prepare a QA Test Strategy document.- Develop the final test execution report using existing templates and communicate to the project team.- Provide post-implementation support.- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and accurately document problems and their probable causes. Identify root causes, test, and implement solutions.- Ensure adherence to defined standards.**The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring**:- **Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field**:- **4+ years of IT experience or experience in similar roles.**:- **Strong understanding or aptitude to understand HR Systems and integrations.**:- **Experience and understanding of complex logic used in integrations.**:- **Experience with Mexico’s Employee management, payroll, and benefits.**:- **Understanding of capturing employee data and knowledge of the employee lifecycle from recruiting to termination as it relates to integration with other systems.**:- **Advanced level of English.**:- **Ability to consult with users/SMEs to define, gather, and document functional business requirements.**:- **Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and/or employees.**:- **Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures or government regulations, specifically around payroll and benefits.**:- **Must have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, re-prioritize based on business demands coupled with a strong sense of urgency.**:- **Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to drive action.**:- **Strong ability to work with customers and prioritize issues based on need and urgency.**:- **High data analysis capability and ability to use data to solve problems.**:- **Experience in HR Systems Technology/Integrations, software development lifecycle and Data Base.**:- **Experience using Jira or other issue tracking tools.****PREFERRED COMPETENCIES**- Customer Focus- Action Oriented- Functional/technical skills- **Learning on the fly**:- **Time management**:- **Listening**:- **Proficient in Data Analysis.**:- **Peer relationships**:- **Problem-solving**:- **Work/life balance.**The Benefits You Will Enjoy:International Paper offers a benefits package competitive in the market according to the level of the position.**The Career You Will Build**:Sales and Leadership training, promotional opportunities within a global company**The Impact You Will Make**:We continue to build a better future for people, the planet, and our company IP has been a good steward of sustainable practices across communities around the world for more than 125 years.
