Senior Director of Global Operations

**About the Role**:As the Sr. Director Operations, you will be at the forefront of executing our manufacturing strategy, driving efficiency, and pushing the boundaries of innovation. You’ll lead a team across multiple sites, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring our operations are aligned with business objectives. This role demands a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively across departments, drive major change initiatives, and deliver exceptional results. Reporting to the VP of Product Supply Medical, you will be a key member of the global supply leadership team, representing your area on steering committees and cross-functional groups.You will be responsible for overseeing a group of approximately 1,400 people across five factories located in the United States, Mexico, Colombia, France, and Germany. These facilities focus on Health & Medical, specifically in compression care.
