Offer Pledge Home Buyers is seeking a talented and motivated 100% REMOTE Sales Consultant to join our sales team. As part of our rapidly growing start-up real estate company, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to our ongoing success. In this role, you will be responsible for taking inbound leads, responding quickly, running discovery calls, closing sales, and following up on opportunities with a focus on generating maximum gross profit and a high volume of deals. If you are a driven individual who is willing to work hard and crush your quota, you will be very well compensated in this role and we invite you to apply. Our commission plans are exceptional with a lucrative sales bonus structure and competition.**Compensation**:$1,000-$3,000 USD monthly**Responsibilities**:- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers who inquire on our website to sell their house.- Run discovery calls and close deals over the phone.- Drive the sales process from initial contact to close, achieving or exceeding sales quotas.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the sales CRM (GoHighLevel).- Handle overcoming objections respectfully but firmly and build rapport.- Achieve agreed-upon KPIs every month.- Maintaining a 20%+ close rate (these leads are warm)**Qualifications**:- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales.- Track record of 20%+ close rate in sales.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.- Must have professional sales experience and proof of your ability to operate at a high level.- Must be able to comfortably negotiate sales prices creating a win-win scenario for both the business and the client.- Strong closing ability.- Willing to adhere to a 3-hour talk time per day minimum.- Willing to be coachable by your sales manager and do whatever it takes to WIN.- Have an exceptional attitude of wanting to be the best.**About Company**Offer Pledge Home Buyers is a startup that offers people a hassle-free sale at a fair price.
