**Position Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide technical support for Windows operating systems and assist users with Mac and Linux (Ubuntu) environments.- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and effective manner.- Write and maintain scripts in Bash, PowerShell, or Python to automate processes and improve system efficiency.- Manage and configure network devices, troubleshoot connectivity problems, and support basic network administration tasks.- Use and maintain ticketing systems to track, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests.- Document technical procedures and solutions to build a knowledge base for end-users and team members.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions and address technical challenges.**Qualifications**:- Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a related role.- Proficiency in Windows operating systems; familiarity with Mac and Linux (Ubuntu) preferred.- Ability to write and debug scripts using Bash, PowerShell, or Python.- Strong understanding of network concepts, including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk) is a plus.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.- Must be able to read and write in English at a B1 level or higher.- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience with LDAP and Google Workspace administration.- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or Linux Essentials are a plus.**Why Join Us?**- Opportunity to work with a talented and diverse team in a collaborative environment.- Professional growth opportunities and ongoing training.- Competitive compensation package and benefits.
