As a global logistics leader, we provide innovative, efficient, and cost-effective freight solutions by land, sea, and air for some of the world’s most recognised brands.With offices across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, we’re known for our world-class service and the hardest-working team in transport.**Your Role**Based in **Mexico City or Guadalajara**, you’ll be our next **Carrier Development Representative** focused on **Intra-Mexico shipments** (Embarques Nacionales). You’ll develop and manage carrier relationships, secure coverage for freight, and negotiate rates while delivering superior service to our clients.**What You'll Be Doing**-- Source and secure capacity for domestic freight movements- Negotiate competitive rates aligned with market conditions- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and drivers- Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure service excellence- Occasionally meet with carriers in person to strengthen partnerships**What We're Looking For**- Bilingual **English & Spanish**1+ year experience** in logistics or transportation- College degree preferred- Strong negotiation and communication skills- Sales-oriented mindset and relationship-builder- Organized, driven, and self-motivated- Positive and solution-focused attitude**What We Offer**- Career growth in a fast-paced, global industry- Comprehensive training and mentorship- Dynamic team and can-do culture- Meal vouchers- Full-time schedule**:Monday to Friday | 8am - 5pm
