**Aptitudes**- Responsabilidad y sentido de pertenencia en asignaciones de trabajo de principio hasta cierre de servicio.- Ejecutar servicios asignados en tiempo, forma y cumpliendo los lineamientos de Seguridad EHS y alcances dentro de presupuesto.- Autogestión para preparación de requerimientos operativos, técnicos y de planificación por parte del Cliente; Llamadas de confirmación, referenciar temas de Seguridad, permisos administrativos etc.- Reportar y documentar cualquier incidente en campo, ya sean Accidentes, incidentes o desviaciones a los Protocolos de Seguridad establecidos por JCI.- Autodireccion para buscar soporte Tecnico en situaciones de diagnósticos extendidos o de mayor complejidad.**Conocimientos en**:- Paneles de Alarmas Notifier, Edwards,Simplex etc- Paneles de Control de Accesos y su terminología de configuración referentes a tarjetas (Badge), controladores, lectoras, barreras, sensores de masa entre otros componentes- Sistemas de grabación de CCTV, configuración, comprensión de capacidades de grabacion y requerimientos de cámaras, SW, POE, Tranceptores Gibic etc.- Comprensión técnica para Instalaciones de control con relevadores, contrachapas, switches de estado, válvulas de agua helada, medidores de energía TC.- Ingles básico para lectura de manuales y reporteo.- Programacion en bloques de sistemas de automatización (Deseable)- Protocolos de comunicación de sistemas de automatización (Deseable)**Actividades**- Aplicar lineamientos de seguridad (SAFE START) todo el tiempo hacia su persona y entorno laboral.- Generar reporte de servicio en sitio y firma el mismo día que se termina.- Determinar conclusiones técnicas del servicio y recomendaciones.- Especificar como oportunidad modelos ubicación/nombre y cantidades de equipos en falla sobre reporte.- Reportar tiempos efectivos en sitio y demoras sobre el reporte de servicio para carga de hrs a la orden.- Optimización de tiempos de la Orden de servicio asignado.- Planeación de viajes acorde a requerimientos de puntualidad.- Reporteo semanal de servicios y tiempos efectivos en campo.
