Perform design reviews for process standards for electronic modules and related functions, with the intention to be implemented in plant environment.- Support warranty, dealerships, and customer experience, root causing reported electrical nature issues.- Lead electrical root cause and determine strategy for the resolution of the issues, including the proper record of the issues, and assignment.- Lead early electrical work and prototype builds and root cause work.- Experience in problem solving.- Strong technical skills.- Strong Communication skills, verbal, and written.- Ability to work in multicultural environment.- Experience with mechanical and or electrical systems integration.- Ability to work with and lead cross functional teams.- Ability to lead colleagues from engineering, planning, manufacturing, and suppliers to achieve goals.- Experience with root cause analysis RCA and corrective actions.- Experience with electrical modules / components/ manufacturing test/ and vehicle configuration EOL- Basic Knowledge for powertrain, chassis, and /or electrical systems.- Basic knowledge for functional manufacturing testing. ROLLS TEST AND EOL- Basic Knowledge for autonomous and driving assistance technologies (ADAS)- Working level experience in decomposing intended functions into requirements.Basic Requirements- Ability to travel- Fir for field work in vehicles.- Bachelor in science degree, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, Computer Science.- 1 year of automotive system and/or component experience.- 1 year of direct launch experience on a major program or launching new products.- knowledge and hands on use of CDA, CAN, CANalyzer, Canoe, Vehicle Spy, or other vehicle network analysis tools.- Demonstrated proficiency in writing and comprehending software / hardware requirements- Excellent communication skills and ability and ability to interact with all levels of management.- Self-starter and motivated to produce results.- Able to work on their own or with large teams.Preferred Qualifications,- Green Belt and Black Belt Certified- Extensive knowledge and hands on use of CDA, CAN, Canalyzer, CANoe, and other electrical root cause tools,- Knowledge of Shainin Red X or other reactive quality tools.Our benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
