Direct message the job poster from Zaga Labs, LLC We’re looking for a QA Engineer with solid experience testing web-based systems and CMS platforms, ideally in enterprise environments. This role requires working 100% in English with international stakeholders, so an excellent level of spoken and written English is mandatory. Responsibilities Create and execute detailed test plans and test cases for web and CMS projects Identify, document, and track defects through resolution using Jira Verify fixes and deployments meet defined acceptance criteria Validate responsive design, accessibility compliance, and overall site performance Provide QA sign-off and risk assessments prior to go‑live Recommend improvements to QA coverage and QA process efficiency Required Qualifications (Mandatory) 5+ years of hands‑on QA or software testing experience Experience testing web‑based systems, preferably at the enterprise level Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile workflows Hands‑on experience with Jira or similar defect‑tracking tools Excellent English level, spoken and written, mandatory Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Nice to Have CMS testing experience, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) strongly preferred, Sitecore or similar Knowledge of responsive design principles Experience testing web accessibility standards such as WCAG Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger Exposure to test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright Experience working with enterprise or international clients Remote position, LATAM only Daily communication and meetings are conducted 100% in English CV must be submitted in English to be considered.
