That's why we're fully committed to inclusion across race, gender, age, religion, identity, and experience to drive us forward every day.**The Latam Business Manager is responsible for commercial and technical activities for the Altuglas and Kynar division for Mexico and Central America.****Responsibilities**:- **Execute the growth strategy in Sales Volume and Variable Margin in all customer accounts and products.Establishes and carries out the program of visits to clients in order to know their technical and commercial needs and requirements.****Manage the development of new businesses.**- **Focus sales on the development of the specialty market for both business units.**:- **Conduct training and conferences with clients and OEMs for the proper process, use and management of our products and identify new technical business opportunities.****Sales force reports of all sales activities (visits, projects, complaints, etc.)**- **Sales forecasts based on information provided by clients/market.**:- **Manage the development of new businesses.**Qualifications:Master’s degree as Chemical EngineerAt least 3-5 years of experience in Sales Manager or Intl Commerce- Computer/Technical skills- Discretion- Communication skills- Interpersonal skills- Organizational skills- Adaptability- Drive/Initiative- Attention to detail/analytical skills- Business focus- English- Leadership experience- Spoken and written fluency in English is mandatory.
