Mexico city, Mexico- Tech Hiring- **Job Description**:**A**bout Wipro**- Wipro Limited (NYSE: WIT, BSE: , NSE: WIPRO) is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on building innovative solutions that address clients’ most complex digital transformation needs.- We leverage our holistic portfolio of capabilities in consulting, design, engineering, operations, and emerging technologies to help clients realize their boldest ambitions and build future-ready, sustainable businesses.- A company recognized globally for its comprehensive portfolio of services, strong commitment to sustainability and good corporate citizenship, we have over 250,000 dedicated employees serving clients across 66 countries.- We deliver on the promise of helping our customers, colleagues, and communities thrive in an ever-changing world.- **A PROUD HISTORY OF OVER 75 YEARS**:- **FY22 REVENUE 10.4 BN USD**:- **WE’RE PRESENT IN 66 COUNTRIES**:- **OVER 1,400 ACTIVE GLOBAL CLIENTS****Role** **Purpose**- Main technologies related: ChatGPT, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Power BI, Data Analytics and other collaboration Tools- ?**Responsibilities**:- Participate in the implementation of GenAI and Collaboration Tools within the organization.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of GenAI and Collaboration Tools.- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and milestones for the implementation of GenAI and Collaboration Tools.- Create and tailor GenAI prompts based on observed user cases.- Create Power BI Reports and haver the ability to analyze that to support data-driven strategy and identify next steps and opportunities.- Serve as the liaison for Collaboration Tools within the organization.- Facilitate training to end users on GenAi tools, to enhance their understanding and adoption of new technologies.**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, OR 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Consultant, or in Project Management.- 2+ years of experience with change management and driving the adoption of new technologies.- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365/Office 365 and Collaboration Tools such as SharePoint, Viva Insights, Exchange, and Power BI.- Proven ability to create prompts based on user cases to transform ways of working by adopting Generative AI tools.- 6+ months of experience with Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.- Experience in training and supporting users in adopting new technologies.**_Wipro is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and makes all employment and employment-related decisions without regard to a person's race, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability, sexual orientation, or any other status protected by applicable law.
