Empresa de Logística y distribución de telefonía, esta en búsqueda de nuevo talento para su área de Desarrollo:Solution Design Engineer**Requisitos**:Conocimientos, experiência y habilidades:- Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Sistemas de Información, Ingeniería o disciplina relacionada.- 3+ años en ingeniería de software.- Experiência demostrable en ingeniería y diseño de soluciones de software.- Infraestructura de TI y desarrollo en la nube (Azure, AWS).- Comprensión profunda de marcos de desarrollo, lenguajes de codificación, sistemas operativos, bases de datos y DevOps (Microsoft.NET, C #, Linux, Windows Server, SQL Server, Oracle, Azure DevOps).- Habilidades de comunicación eficientes.- Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.- Alta atención a los detalles y trabajo colaborativo.- Técnicamente creativo y de mente abierta.- Flexible en un entorno dinámico con roles y responsabilidades cambiantes.- Se requiere dominio de English y español.Funciones Especificas:- Proporcionar soluciones de acuerdo con los desafíos de la empresa, que pueden incluir RFIs, RFPs o desarrollo de prototipos, seleccionando la opción más óptima y el desarrollo de una hoja de ruta para la solución seleccionada.- Investigar continuamente las tecnologías actuales y emergentes para proponer actualizaciones del sistema, reemplazos o desmantelamiento para mejorar la productividad, la facilidad de uso y el costo total de propiedad.- Ayudar en las revisiones de requisitos de pruebas de rendimiento y especificaciones técnicas / técnicas.- Ayudar en la estimación del esfuerzo para el desarrollo y las pruebas de rendimiento.- Proporcionar capacitación y orientación a los equipos técnicos para comprender el diseño de la solución propuesta y las tecnologías involucradas.- Ayudar a los equipos técnicos a resolver problemas que surjan durante las fases de desarrollo, pruebas, implementación y soporte.- Cumple con las solicitudes ad-hoc de información y entregables dentro de un plazo oportuno.- Gestionar las expectativas del cliente y garantizar que se cumpla la satisfacción de las partes interesadas.
