Partner Development Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Development Manager to join our team. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with key partners. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partner initiatives into the overall business strategy. Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Identify and prioritize opportunities for partner development, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop and manage partner enablement plans, including training and support programs. Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing insights to inform business decisions. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in partner development or a related field. Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the AEC industry. Knowledge of software markets and trends. Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
