About the position**Position name**: Customer Service Rep**Reporting to**: TBD**Location/Travel**: Mexico.Compensation$1,000 - $ 1,300 (month) - Negotiable depending on experienceOverviewOur client, a global leader in cutting-edge optical design, manufacturing, and image processing technology, is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. The objective will be to achieve customer satisfaction with the best level of service in its class and to act competently in logistics matters.Core Responsibilities Be responsible for the operational management of orders (from receipt to invoicing).Receive PO.Confirm receipt.Provide order status updates to customers, as well as shipping information.Send invoices.Check product availability when requested by DI/RSM.Handle all logistics-related claims and inquiries generated by customers (RMA, DOA, damaged or missing equipment).Assist with credit and debit notes, keeping track of the customer and finance area for follow-up. Difficult cases should be handled by Management and/or DAM.Inform internal CS-warehouse of special orders or exceptional supply needs.Send each customer the status of their orders on a weekly basis.Respond to questions and resolve situations related to shipping, deliveries, and returns.Maintain updated records of purchase orders and delivery logistics, including tracking information and customer contact details.Basic QualificationsA high level of attention to detail.Communication and organizational skills.Basic knowledge of shipping logistics regulations.The ability to work with order processing software and shipment tracking may also be required.Must be able to identify and resolve complex problems and situations related to purchase orders, returns, and warranties.**Organizational skills**: Must be able to maintain detailed records of purchase orders and track the progress of each order until delivery.Fluent English (oral and written) is necessary.Bachelor's degree or related field.Demonstrated experience in customer service or as a customer service representative.Excellent telephone skills and active listening ability.IndustrySecurity and TechnologyEmployment TypeFull time
