**We are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader****We offer**:- We provide laptops for you to develop the responsibilities.- Benefits (medical insurance, food vouchers, restaurant vouchers, vacations,Christmas bonus, PTO, etc.).- Growth opportunity.- The opportunity to learn from other cultures.- Work/life balance.- Great working relationships and environments.- To belong to an inclusive fun and growing company culture.- Career development plan and resources.**Responsibilities**:- Suppor contact center operations.- Train, mentor, and develop agents.- Assist with escalated calls and Mentor line.- Disseminate critical information amongst the teams.- Occasionally manage weekend staff.- Other functions as delegated by the management team.**Qualifications**:- Experience as a Team Leader (2 years).- Customer Service experience (2 years).- Proficiency in Microsoft office.- Ability to multi-task.- Problem resolution skills.- Advanced/native English.**Salary**: $16,000.00 - $20,000.00 per monthCOVID-19 considerations:Hybrid work**Education**:- High school or equivalent (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Service: 1 year (required)- Team Leader: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)
