NAPS is the leading creator marketing platform for ecommerce, trusted by top brands. We are seeking a highly organized, tactfully creative, and technically proficient Account Manager who’d be passionate about providing exceptional service to brands and creators on the NAPS platform.**Responsibilities**- Troubleshoot and verify resolution for reported issues and maintain client dialog- Document Jira stories for reported issues and follow their resolution- Monitor and manage brand and creator account setup- Support ecommerce and other integrations- Set up new users and resolve onboarding issues- Oversee the resolution of client and brand chats- Conduct and lead screen-sharing sessions as needed- Monitor brand activity and ensure timely follow-up with creators- Work to grow and upsell all clients**Campaign Support**- Support all platform influence and team creator campaigns- Discover and identify creators based on a set of requirements/objectives- Support campaign planning, creator list management, and data analysis- Confidently suggest creators and highlight booking opportunities- Review campaign data to share with clients and ensure proper capture- Develop campaign creative briefs and optimize content- Support all workflows (creative, operational, moderation)- Negotiate and land terms with influencers- Ensure influencers are paid in a timely manner**General Qualifications**- Native-level proficiency and fluency in English- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment- Desire to take and retain ownership of account success- Strong experience in an account management role for a marketing platform or agency- Strong understanding of helpdesk (HubSpot preferred) and chat support platforms- Good ability to listen to clients with the creativity and confidence to guide decisions- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Experience with data management and reporting- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics- Bachelor's degree in a related fieldPay: $1,000.00 - $1,001.00 per dayWork Location: In person
