**Position**:Sales Operations Associate ManagerArrow Electronics is looking for a Sales Operations Associate Manager to join our team in Guadalajara**What You'll Be Doing**- Manage sales order processing including monitoring the system to ensure accurate receipt booking of sales orders, tracking sales shipment, delivery, billing and backlog activities and providing internal sales reports when necessary.- Responds to inquiries regarding status of orders and resolves customer order difficulties.- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.- Manages all facets of customer retention (CRM) including participating in the resolution of customer concerns and defining and developing a customer contact strategy.- Manages return materials authorization (RMA) processes for ensuring customer returns, exchanges, service and repairs are done with speed and accuracy and all client/customer service delivery issues are resolved.- Manages market research to determine special pricing for non-standard items in the interests of ensuring appropriate profit margins are reached and maintained.- Supervise staff including personnel development, hiring, training, etc. Monitor and review work of staff.- Resolve escalated operational related issues including vendor concerns, contract reviews, new programs.**What You'll Need**- Typically requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience.- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English.- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.- Ability to juggle many tasks at once.- Proven ability in handling difficult customer situations professionally and effectively.- Experience with Salesforce and ERP systems preferred.**What's In It For You**At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
