Then this is the role for you**How You’ll Find Success**Within the Finance Shared Services team, we have several openings across the Billings Team, Accounting, and Accounts Receivable team.This team is responsible for issuing Qualtrics company invoices and performing all Qualtrics billing related tasks. As the group who manages the very end of the sales cycle, the team will connect a wide variety of functions from sales to operations to accounting and ensure a smooth and efficient billing cycle. The team provides timely and relevant reporting and support projects for the overall Finance organization.We are looking for a full-time Finance Specialist who can work across internal teams, solve complex problems, and make the sales and renewal cycle a fantastic experience for our stakeholders. Our team is key for ensuring the accuracy of company sales, renewals, and financial forecasting, and we need the right person to join our unstoppable force.**How You’ll Grow**- Lead with Influence: Develop your leadership skills, inspiring and motivating within your team.- Expand Your Horizons: Gain exposure to diverse work cultures and global business practices.- Become a Strategic Partner: Build strong relationships with senior leadership and contribute to Qualtrics' overall success.- Make a Lasting Impact: Leave a legacy of positive change, shaping the future of work for Qualtrics employees worldwide.- As a founding member of the Finance Shared Services Center Team in Mexico, you will get the opportunity to be part of a valued group that contribute the success and development of Finance as well as the overall company.**Things You’ll Do**- Manage a collections portfolio of customer invoices- Facilitate a smooth process for our clients to pay for their licenses- Partner with sales representatives who close deals to obtain purchase orders- Work with team leads and managers to address process gaps or inefficiencies and drive improvements- Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with other teams and departments- Support the training of new team members- Support Ad-hoc queries and contributes to projects- Support requests external and internal auditors- Analytical Skills: Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities to review sales opportunities, contracts, and quotes accurately.- Financial Knowledge: Understanding of finance processes and ability to manage the collections cycle for new business.- Data Management: Competency in managing finance cases, handling key performance indicators, and participating in the monthly close process.**What We’re Looking For On Your Resume**- 2 - 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or related field- Proven ability to influence stakeholders- Proven ability to deliver hard savings, build strong provider relations, and drive change- Bachelors’ degree required, preferably with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field**What You Should Know About This Team**- The CFO & Fin
