You'll work in a welcoming and inclusive environment, and get the benefits, flexibility, and support you need to succeed.**Learn more about how we work**:**The opportunity**:As a Senior Product Designer on Hospitality, you'll get to:- Lead initiatives that give restaurateurs new and meaningful ways to interact with guests- Define how our restaurant customers view, use and manage guest data on OpenTable- Identify new product opportunities, and use systems thinking to scale Hospitality solutions across our platform- Become an expert in restaurant operator workflows by facilitating research with restaurant owners and staff.- Work closely with a hard-working and collaborative team of product designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver experiences that help restaurants provide the best hospitality for their guests.**How we design for restaurants**:**Your skills and experience**:You enjoy solving complex design challenges and are a systems thinker. You have experience designing web and iOS experiences and have an exceptional portfolio that showcases a breadth of product design work. You also have:- At least 5 years of product design experience- Experience leading and facilitating workshops with cross functional partners- Experience designing for enterprise, or have solved for very complex experiences- Experience contributing to a design system- Has designed for web and iOS platforms- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Great visual design skills- Led user interviews and testing of designs- The ability to negotiate, prioritize, and break down design work into measurable outcomes- Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools- Experience working closely with engineers in an agile environmentWhen applying, please include a resume (including a password to your portfolio) and a PDF or link to an online portfolio.**Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion**:OpenTable aspires to be a workplace that reflects the diverse communities we serve and a culture that is inclusive and welcoming.
