**About Us**:Suds Deluxe Car Wash is a fast-growing, family-owned company based in Texas, dedicated to providing an exceptional car wash experience to our customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a friendly and dedicated individual to join our Customer Support Team on a full-time basis.**Position Overview**:We are looking for a Full-Time Customer Support Team Member to join our centralized Customer Support Team Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm CST (40 hours per week). This role entails helping our customers manage their unlimited memberships, answering questions about our service offering, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. Excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are all requirements for this position.**Responsibilities**:- Reply to customer reviews on Google Business pages.- Assist car wash managers in resolving customer issues, communicating primarily through the organization’s Slack channels.- Provide accurate information about our products/services.- Assist customers with managing their unlimited memberships.- Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member when necessary.- Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer experience.- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.**Requirements**:- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.- Warm and friendly attitude.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Bilingual: English/Spanish**Benefits**:- Competitive pay rate: $7.75 USD per hour- PTO: 15 days per year (earned at a rate of.57 per pay period)- Opportunity to gain valuable experience in a growing company.- Collaborative and supportive work environment.If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact, we want to hear from youPay: From $134.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: Remote
