Are you ready for this challenge?**The role**: The Procurement Analyst will be the link between the internal customers and all our suppliers, looking for optimizations at all times. The role touches on multiple functions, including planning, buying, and tracking the merchandise from its source to its final destination.**Key Responsibilities**:- Secure availability of raw materials, supplies, services, and packaging materials at all times- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs- Ensure that all materials meet quality specifications- Search and develop new suppliers from all around the world- Control and follow up on the Open Purchase Orders- Develop reporting and analysis for Lead Times and Product Costs- Manage and control invoices and payments to suppliers- Document processes and implement KPIs- Collaborate with internal and suppliers to develop better business relationships.**Requirements**:**Basic qualifications (must-haves)**:- Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or a related field- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills- 1 year of proven working experience in procurement areas- Solid knowledge on Microsoft Excel- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish**Desired qualifications (nice-to-haves)**:- Knowledge of any ERP- Knowledge of demand planning- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus**Benefits**- An inclusive and collaborative environment where all ideas are welcome, iteration is encouraged, and the best ideas are adopted- Competitive compensation- Above industry vacations to take time away from work and recharge
