1. Support Sales local team to set up within system (virtual pedimentos), control and maintenance customs customer accounts.2. Schedule shipments for import & export operations by coordinating freight forwarder, Customs Broker agency and company teams to meet deliveries with the most cost effective possible.3. Request COO/NAFTA for customers.4. Support local team to solve customs issues with customers and suppliers.5. Shipments tracking (land, air & ocean) until delivered at set destination.6. Optimize resources for cost reduction on logistics, imports and export expenses.7. Review billing from service suppliers (customs broker, freight and forwarder) and follow up their payment.8. Coordinate customs customer team and their customs brokers on transfer operations.9. Supervise and deliver required documentation and locks for export loads.10. Legal filing maintenance pertaining SAT, certifications and customer required paperwork.11. IMMEX compliance.12. Ability to autonomously make decisions within the scope of the position and to know when to seek additional13. Create policies or procedures for logistics activities.14. Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements. Based on purchasing agreements.15. Train shipping department personnel in regards to packing schematics, pertaining documentation/paperwork16. Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records.17. Implement specific customer requirements, such as internal reporting or customized transportation metrics.18.
