We are seeking a dedicated Controls Design Engineers to join our team and provide solutions in the areas of:Hardware Design activities of Material Handling Automation Systems with mentorship from more senior engineers. ( _Photoeyes _, I/O Blocks, Beacon Lights, Control Stations, Gateways, VFDs, _etc _) _. _- _Builds Electrical Layouts and Schematic Drawings using _appropriate CAD _tools. _- _Performs FLA, Power Drop, Cable Length, and other calculations ensuring designs proper functioning and compliance with Dematic and Industrial Standards. _- _Designs of Industrial Networks following both Dematic and Industrial standards (Ethernet, _ProfiBus _/ _ProfiNet _, _ASi _, DCAN, _etc _). _**_Software _**_(SW) _**_Design - With mentorship from more senior engineers. _**:- _Design simple conveyor controls software using programming tools such as AB Logix Designer, Siemens TIA Portal/Step 7, etc. _- _Creation of Embedded Conveyor Controllers (ECCs) configuration and parameters files. _- _Attendance and material preparation for Software Technical Reviews. _- _Creation of Conveyor System Emulation Models for further testing. _**What we are looking for**:- 0 to 2 years of experience in a related field and demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above.- Mechatronic Engineer Degree or related- Basic Experience in the engineering work environment (school projects or internships acceptable).- Basic knowledge and/or understanding in:- Applied knowledge of PLC software (Siemens, ABB, Bechoff).- Applied knowledge of Electrical Technical Drawing.- Applied knowledge of Industrial Network configuration (ProfiNet, ASi, CAN).- Applied Knowledge of automation systems.LI-AM2
