**About the Role**
**What You’ll Do**
- Enter approved bills into AppFolio for payment
- Upload work orders to PandaDoc for approval
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding outstanding balances
- Assist with recurring billings and owner charges
- Maintain checklists for owners terminating management contracts
- Support internal audits and various accounting projects as needed
**What We’re Looking For**
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience
- Ability to handle high volumes of bills and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
- Comfortable adapting to new software systems and evolving processes
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- AppFolio experience required
